How it works
Open town, school and state surplus lots across Massachusetts on Municibid, GovDeals, Mass OSD / Auctions International, and Public Surplus, plus free-pickup posts on Craigslist, Freecycle, and Trash Nothing.
A lot gets a spread only when 2+ completed sales of a close match are verified on their result pages. Every comp is linked. If we can’t back it, we say so and leave it on the radar.
Pro shows the comps, the spread after the buyer’s fee and a net range after pickup from your ZIP. You bid on the auction site yourself.
